Dr. Bary Fleet
For those of you who don’t know me, I am a TEDx speaker and the author of the best-selling book, “Move into Your Magnificence: 101 Invitations to a Life of Passion and Joy.” I am the co-founder of Crossroads Counseling in Warwick, RI and the founder of the Institute for Inner Magnificence.
My undergraduate degree in English Literature is from the University of Georgia, with a Master of Divinity from Duke University, and a doctorate in Pastoral Counseling from Boston University.
I am a licensed Religious Science Practitioner.
I also have four decades of experience being the pastor of local churches, and over three decades’ experience teaching in various universities including Emory, Bryant and Johnson and Wales. I created a course called “Leadership for Spiritual Leaders” and teach through the Holmes Institute for Consciousness Studies.
In addition, I celebrated my 70th birthday by completing a Spartan Trifecta and that same year was invited by the U.S. Triathlon Association to try-out to represent the United States in the World Championships in Rotterdam.
My wife, Debbie, has her own private practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, and we enjoy doing almost anything outside from kayaking to biking to hiking to gardening. We are the proud grandparents of five grandchildren, who live too far away.
I am on a mission to help people become the best version of themselves.
